  1. Kris Hons acted as substitute Sergeant-At-Arms and oversaw fines and acknowledgements

    • Nina reiterated that the theme for the new year is "Good is the New Cool"
    • Encouraged committees to be involved in each others' projects

    • Anita will be attending a Peace Conversation Facilitation workshop put together by Rotary. All are welcome to attend.

  • Denise Miller - Fellowship Committee
    • Announced that the committee will try to interweave fellowship events with service projects
    • Currently coordinating with the Projects and Events Committee on the Wine Tasting Fundraiser
  • Nina Sonin - Avenues of Service Committee
    • Boxed Lunches
    • Establishing venues where members can talk about their vocations
  • Scott Pafford & Peggy Smith - Membership Committee
    • The Membership Committee passed out marketing materials to be forwarded with potential new members
    • The Committee shared scripts with the members on how to recruit new members
    • The member who brings in the most new members of the 2017-2018 year will be acknowledged
  • Ken Riedel and the Budget
    • Budget was approved by the Club
       
  1. Kris Hons oversaw the opportunity drawings
  • Velvet Rhodes will be eligible to draw a card for the opportunity of $271 next meeting due to the deck of cards missing
