Be Scared: A Legal Update for California Employers

Whether you own a business or are responsible for supervising employees, California Labor Laws can be dangerous.  Violations might be unintentional, but can result in administrative fines, wage and hour claims, lawsuits, and even class actions costing millions of dollars.

Our own GSR Club member, Barry Bradley, Esq., from the law firm of Bradley & Gmelich LLP in Glendale, will provide us with an update on some of the laws and rules that impact how we all should do business and how we interact with people in the workplace.  You may want to invite any of your Human Resource professionals and business owners who are sure to get some helpful information to improve your policies and procedures, and to shield yourselves from liability.
