Yuko is the Sales Director for Velur Enterprises, a boutique land investment company in southern California.  Her main focus today is Energy Real Estate.

She manages a team of 20 Land Investment Advisors and senior executives.

Yuko was president of South Bay Sunrise Rotary club and she is a member of the Rotary District 5280 Speakers Bureau. 

She is a member of Vistage World Wide, a private advisory group for CEOs, top level executives and business owners.

She created the most wealth in income and land holdings during the last Great Recession.

Something unique about Yuko, she was a licensed helicopter pilot
