2019 Open Arts & Music Festival

6:00 am – 10:00 am

Volunteers are needed for Arts Market set up. This consists of:
Setting up tents, tables, and chairs
Ensuring the Arts Market is set up as it is laid out on the event map
Number tents per the event map
 

9:30 am – 1:30 pm

Volunteers are needed for Arts Market set up completion and artist load in:
Ensuring all tents, tables and chairs are set up for artists
Number the tents per the event map
Assist artists with loading in – assisting with a dolly and taking them to their tent
 

1:00 – 5:00 pm 
Completion of set up and load in – the Festival starts at 3:00 pm
Guests services – answer any questions regarding the Festival if guests ask
Run water to artists tents as needed

Assist artists checking IDs and issuing wristbands 
 

4:30 – 8:30 pm 
Guests services – answer any questions regarding the Festival if guests ask.
Run water to artists tents as needed

Assist artists checking IDs and issuing wristbands   
Break down tech Week at 7pm and set up Silent Disco

 

8:00 pm – 12:00 am (festival ends at 10pm)
