Mike Warren is the CEO of Alethia Strategic Business Solutions which provides Executive Coaching, Strategy Consulting and Organizational Development expertise to clients. This includes Fortune 50 to 1000 companies, entrepreneurs and small to mid-size companies.

Mike’s career began in financial services, which led to starting his own financial services company that went from start-up to close to a billion dollars in revenue before a successful exit in 2006. Prior to and post exit, Mike served in executive and C-level roles in a wide range of industries including food & beverage, financial services, media, manufacturing, real estate and technology.
Along with Alethia, Mike currently serves on the boards of Authvia, Keystone Property Management, M Stevens Corp and as an Advisor to the Board for Evolus. He is also a partner in Red Door Capital Partners, which is a Private Equity firm. Mike enjoys speaking publicly on org strategy, behavior, management and finance, as well as teaching as an adjunct professor at Brandman and Chapman Universities.
Mike earned his undergraduate degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne, his MBA from Pepperdine University and has also completed programs at Wharton, UC Davis, University of Michigan, Cal State Fullerton, Case Western University and the University of Chicago. Mike is a certified coach with the Institute of Neuroleadership.
